  • 20 CZK discount on the ticket price, including student tickets and children's ticket. Valid for 2D and 3D movies, as well as for IMAX (up to 4 tickets per performance).
  • You gain your first points when you register. 10 points for registering at the box office of the cinema. 15 points for the registering online.
  • Each time you buy a ticket you gain 10% as points for your loyalty card. There is no limitation on the amount of tickets that award you with points. This is the ONLY cinema program that rewards you with EACH ticket you buy and not only per purchase.

    How to become a member



    There are 2 ways of becoming a member of our Cinema City Club program:



    • At the box office: 

      Fill out the enrollement form and present it at the the box office. After paying the one-off yearly membership fee of 60 CZK our cashier will give you the Cinema City card and you can immediatelly start using all of its benefits. You gain 10 points for registration at the box office and you will get the 20 CZK discount from the ticket price you buy (limited to 4 tickets per particular show). Also, you will receive 10% of the ticket price in points on EACH ticket you purchase.

    • Online registration at: http://cinemacity.cz/loyalty_form. 

      Fill the registration form on our website and after submittimg it, you will receive the temporary code both in the message on your screen and also on your email. Please keep this unique temporary code and present it to any box office at our Cinema City multiplexes in the Czech Republic. After paying the one-off yearly memebeship fee of 60 CZK, your card will be fully funcional and you can start using its benefits immediatelly. For registering online you gain 15 points. You will get the discount of 20 CZK on the ticket price you buy (limited to 4 tickets per particular show), Also, you will gain 10% of the ticket price in points on EACH ticket you purchase.

  • As a bonus from us, you gain your first points when you register.
  • Every time you buy tickets at Cinema City in the Czech Republic 10% of the money you spent on tickets will be added to your card as points.
  • You might get extra points when you participate in special promos organized by Cinema City Czech Republic.

How to use points



  • You can use your points to buy tickets, including 2D and 3D performances, as well as for IMAX.
  • 1 point = 1 CZK. For example, if you want to purchase a 2D ticket which costs 179 CZK, you first get a 20 CZK discount with your card and then can redeem it for 159 points. So already after gaining only 159 points you can get your first free ticket!
  • You can buy salted or ham and cheese popcorn, depending on the offer of the particular cinema, or drinks from the fountain. This means that you can already have a free coke after gaining only 59 points in some cinemas.
  • You can buy gift vouchers with points as well.

How to extend membership








     
  • Membership is valid for one year (365 days).
  • You can extend your membership at each box office in all Cinema City Czech.
  • The membership can be extended of1 year (365 days). One year of a membeship starts with the day of extention.
  • One year extention of membership costs 60 CZK.
  • You will gain 10 point automaticaly for the extension of membeship.
  • Immediately after extending the membership you can use all of the benefits of the loyalty club.
  • After extending the membership all of the point you gain remain on the card. Validity of each point is one year. While using the point the oldest ones are to be used first.

  1. Why should I get the Cinema City Club ?
    There are many advantages in being a member of the Cinema City Club. Your tickets will be cheaper and you will always gain points for the money that you spend on movie tickets. You can redeem these points for tickets, popcorn or soda drinks.
     
  2. Can I see my account statement online?
    Yes, you can do so after you register to your e-account.
     
  3. How can I register for the Cinema City Club?
    You can register online on our website (http://www.cinemacity.cz/en/loyalty_form), or at any Cinema City box office.
     
  4. Can I use my card together with a 2D voucher to pay for Ladies Nights ticket?
    Yes, after presenting your card, you can pay for the ticket with a 2D voucher.
     
  5. How much do I pay as enrollement fee?
    Enrollement fee is 60 CZK per year.
     
  6. Can I use the card to get the discount even for IMAX?
    Yes, you can use your card even for IMAX movies.
     
  7. What is the value of 1 point?
    1 point = 1 CZK
     
  8. What can I receive for my points?
    You can use your point to buy tickets, popcorn or soda drinks.
     
  9. What is the discount I will receive by becoming a member of the Cinema City Club?
    You will get a 20 CZK discount from the ticket price - max. of 4 tickets per particular show.
     
  10. Can I use my card during the whole week, even during the weekends?
    Yes, you can use your card even during the weekends. You always get points for every ticket and a 20 CZK discount on any non-discounted ticket.
     
  11. What is the advantage of the Cinema City Club in comparing with the competition?
    In addition to the discount, you gain 10% of the ticket price as points on EACH ticket you purchase with no limitation! This means that when you purchase for example 6 tickets for a show, with your card you will get points for all 6 tickets, not only for one purchase (for example, if you purchase 4 tickets which cost 190 CZK each, you spend 760 CZK and immediately gain 76 points). This way you can get points much faster and redeem them for tickets, popcorn or soda drinks.
     
  12. If I decide to prolong my membership will I be able to use the points?
    Yes, your poinst will remain valid on your account. You will just pay another yearly fee and all the benefits will remain.
     
  13. Can I use the points just partially and pay the rest of the value with cash?
    No, this is not possible, you cannot combine points and tickets. You have to make sure you have enough points on your card, or more, to be able to use its advantages.
     
  14. What happends after the expiration of the membeship with the point and the card? 
    You won´t be able to use the benefits of Cinema City Club like discounts and earning point and others. The point you gained during your membership will remain on the card and you will be able to use them even after the expiration of card.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CINEMA CITY LOYALTY CLUB

1. Membership in Cinema City Club
Cinema City Czech s.r.o., Identifi cation No. 26449242, with its registered offi ce at Arkalycká 951/3, 149 00 Prague 4 – Háje, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert No. 82991 (“Cinema City”), operates a loyalty club of Cinema City and grants points to be allocated to you in the manner described below to your account as a member of the Cinema City Club upon each purchase of the specified goods or services using your valid card. Membership in the Cinema City Club is subject to your consent with the following terms and conditions, which you provide by completing a registration form and its handover at the box offi ce of a Cinema City movie house or its sending via the Cinema City website, and payment of year membership fee of CZK 60. Following successful registration, you will receive in person a card with 10 points. If registering online, you will be rewarded with 15 points to your account and receive a temporary number that you should present at the box office of a Cinema City movie house in order to get the Cinema City membership. Membership in the club and the card are not transferrable. Only a natural person older than 15 years may be a member of the Cinema City Club.

2. Gathering Points
Whenever you buy movie tickets at the Cinema City box offices upon submission of a valid Cinema City Club, we will allocate 10% of the purchase price of such tickets in the form of points directly to your personal account as a Cinema City Club member. You will be rewarded with points each time you buy movie tickets for movie theaters operated by Cinema City according to the conditions stipulated above with limit of 4 tickets per particular performance. No rounding of points applies. You may check the status of your personal account of the Cinema City Club member at any time at box offi ces of Cinema Cities’ movie houses. Each gained point has an expiration after one year. Expired point will be automaticaly removed from the account. 

3. Usage of Points
You may use the loyalty points in your account as a Cinema City Club member for purchases free tickets, fountain drinks or popcorn, excluding cinema menu. The value of one point is CZK 1. Points are valid 1 year from their allocation to the account. The value of points cannot be refunded in cash. Each point is valid for one year (365 days). Amount of point on your account cannot be returned in money. You can use your point even after the expiration of your membership. 

4. Other Benefi ts of Membership in Cinema City Club
As another service to Cinema City Club members, Cinema City undertakes: (i) To provide a discount from each ticket in the amount of CZK 20 (limited to the maximum of 4 tickets for one specifi c performance, including 3D performances and IMAX, discount cannot be applied on Cheap Mondays and T-mobile Tuesdays), if you submit a valid membership card or, when purchasing online at the website www.cinemacity.cz. (ii) To send regular invitations to special promotional events of Cinema City.

5. Personal Data Protection
By registration in the loyalty club of Cinema City, you provide Cinema City with your consent to your personal data processing in scope of the data you provide to Cinema City by means of the registration form and the data about purchases of goods and use of services of Cinema City. Your personal data shall be processed for purposes of marketing, offering of goods and market research for the term of your participation in this loyalty program. In accordance with applicable legal regulations on electronic communications and regulations on electronic mail spam, unless you indicated otherwise in the registration form, you, as the holder of the e-mail address that you have provided to Cinema City, also explicitly consent to Cinema City’s use of this electronic contact for purposes of repeated sending of commercial messages. Cinema City will further be entitled to transfer your personal data for processing to third persons, including those seated abroad, in particular in Israel, for further processing. You have the right of access to your personal data, the right to correction of your personal data, the right to request an explanation and remedy of a defective status, as well as the right to refer directly to the Offi ce for Personal Data Protection in cases of any discrepancies. Your other rights ensue from Secs. 11, 12 and 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection. Please note that your giving of consent to processing of personal data in the above extent is voluntary. Without the consent to processing of your personal data, as described above, it is not possible to participate in the Cinema City Loyalty Club. Should you have any questions regarding your rights to personal data protection or should you wish Cinema City to amend or correct any inaccuracy in your personal data, please contact: loyalty@cinemacity.cz.

6. Loss of Card and Liability
In the event of loss of your card, you may request issuance of a new card. If the original card is cancelled, a replacement card will be issued free of charge. If the replacement card is issued for a second time or more times, Cinema City will charge a fee of CZK 60. If a replacement card is issued, all acquired points will remain in the account. Cinema City is not liable for any damage caused by the loss of your card or its abuse by a third person, unless it is established that the damage occurred due to actions on the part of Cinema City.

7. Membship Validity
Your membership in Cinema City Club is valid one Year (365 days). After the exprition of membership you cannot use any more advantegas that are linked with Cinema City Club like 20 discount per ticket, collect points, gain special birthday present, take part in competition for Cinema City Club members, be part of special screenings a deal only for Cinema City Club members. You can still use the point you gained during your membership. 

8. Termination
You may terminate your membership in the Cinema City Club for any reason at any time. Cinema City may terminate operations of the loyalty club or your participation in it at any time and for any reason with a one month termination notice. Cinema City may also terminate your participation in the loyalty club with immediate effect should you breach these terms or should abuse of your card be established. The termination must be in writing and shall be sent to the last address as notifi ed by you to Cinema City. Upon lapse of the notice period or if your membership in the loyalty club is terminated with immediate effect, you are obligated to discard your card and refrain from further use. Neither the lumpsum membership fee nor the value of loyalty points deposited in your account will be reimbursed to you upon termination of your membership in the Cinema City Club.

9. Extension/Renewal Membship 
You can extend your membership anytime at any of our box offices. Year membership of 60 CZK has to be paid. New membership starts with the day of Extension or Renewal of membership and lasts from that day for another 365 days. Renewing the membership won´t cost loosing points. 

10. Changes to System/Terms of Cinema City Club
Cinema City reserves the right to terminate, amend or change the Cinema City Club system. Cinema City further reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions. The current version of these terms and conditions will be available on the website www.cinemacity.cz. If you do not agree with any change of these terms and conditions, please be advised that you may terminate your membership in the Cinema City Club at any time.
