About Us:
Cinema City Slovanský dům is the only multiplex right in the center of Prague. It was opened in the year 2000 and thanks to its location it is the most popular cultural destination. The multiplex spans over a few floors of the unique Slovanský dům. In the upper floor of the cinema, you can sit and wait in our pleasant foyer by the newly reconstructed bar till the start of your film. The second bar is located in the lower floor, where you can buy refreshment for yourself or for your children, same as in all our other Cinema City multiplexes. From fresh popcorn or nachos to sweets, you can choose from any of these and more at our bar. Everyone can find something of their liking at our cinema. In total we have 10 cinema halls, 7 of which are digital and 3 of which can project 3D films. The biggest halls, 1-3, are located in the upper floor, while halls 4-10 are located in the lower floor. Helpful and nice personnel will always be of service to you during your visit to our cinema. |

| *Note: You can only watch 3D movies with a special pair of 3D glasses. From 19th May 2011, the renting of 3D glasses is not included in the ticket price. It is now possible to purchase the 3D glasses. Pay for the 3D glasses at the box office when purchasing your tickets and you will receive your 3D glasses at the entrance to the movie hall. After watching the movie, instead of throwing your 3D glasses away, you can take them with you. Bring them back to our cinema to watch your next 3D movie and you will not need to pay for new glasses. Attention:
Student discount may only be granted upon presentation of a valid student card to persons under 26 years of age.
