•    When the schedule for next week is released?

Schedule in Cinema City multiplexes is made for every week (Th – We). The new schedule is released on each Tuesday on our website www.cinemacity.cz. 

•    Which types of cards and vouchers do you accept?

In Cinema City multiplexes we accept Ticket Benefits, Benefit Plus and Flexi Pass cards and vouchers from Edenred (Ticket Compliments, Ticket Multi, Ticket Benefits sport a culture) and Sodexo paper vouchers (Relax Pass, Flexi Pass, Gift Pass a Fokus Pass) and Benefit Plus card.

•    Can I make a reservation to VIP Chodov?

Tickets to VIP Chodov cannot be booked. Tickets can be just paid online or on the Cinema City Chodov box office.

•    What conditions are for canceling purchased tickets. Can I change the show time after ticket purchase?

Tickets can be just canceled. The show time cannot be changed. Tickets can be canceled through our contact form or customer line at least 2 hours before the show starts.

•    Can I cancel just a part of the transaction (only a few seats)?

Yes, but only at the cinema box office.

•    How can I make a reservation for disabled people?

On the e-mail [email protected] or through our customer line.

•    Can I prolong the validity of my gift voucher?

It’s not possible. 

•    Can I purchase gift vouchers online?

Gift vouchers can be purchased on cinema box offices (up to 10 pieces). In case of interest about more pieces, please contact us on [email protected]

•    I have a gift voucher for 2D screening but I would like to visit 3D screening. Can I just pay the difference between them?

Yes, it is possible.

•    Where can I see the discount during online purchase?

You can see the discount in the last step of the process, before the payment.

•    What does mean the MP-12, MP-15 and MP-18 in the movie detail?

MP-12 and MP-15 are the recommended age limits of 12 or 15 years for watching the film.

MP-18 – By the law, people under 18 are not admitted.

•    Also children under 3 years old have to pay for the ticket?

All cinema visitors have to pay for the ticket. 

•    From which age I can purchase a ticket with a senior discount?

You can purchase the ticket with a senior discount from 60 years old. 

•    Can I purchase a gift voucher for VIP and 4DX screening also in other cinemas?

Limited amount of these vouchers can be purchased in all our multiplexes.

•    In which cinemas can I find double-seats?

Double-seats are placed in Cinema City Liberec and Ústí nad Labem.
